Every "things to do in Gwinnett" article is the same recycled list, so here's mine with a different rule: it only counts if I actually keep doing it. Not once-a-year attractions — the three things I plan real weeks around, season after season.
Number one is a Gwinnett Stripers game at Coolray Field — Triple-A Braves baseball with $9 lawn seats and fireworks every Friday night. Then Suwanee Town Center Park, where the Big Splash fountain, free amphitheater concerts, and Suwanee Fest make it the best free venue in the county. And Duluth's Town Green with Parsons Alley wrapped around it — food trucks, Rock the Block concerts, and the closest Gwinnett gets to an in-town night out.
Each write-up covers what the evening is actually like, what it costs (spoiler: mostly nothing), the atmosphere, and exactly where to go — plus my take on the best night of the week for each one.
